I had my BMW X5 serviced here today and the customer service was impeccable. Admittedly I know very little about cars, but Tim was able to explain everything in layman's terms, making me feel comfortable and assured every step of the way. Professional, value for money and great to deal with.My wife found AH when she required a last minute pink slip so she dropped in unannounced and the team completed it straight away. She was impressed and told me of her experience. At the same time I was becoming disenchanted with taking my car to the dealer service centre - they charge a premium and about every second time I went there I had the take the car back due to something that they hadn't finished. As a result I've been going to AH for a few years now and have been impressed by the professionalism of the team. They are genuinely committed to their trade and to the quality of their product and service, and this is evidenced by the by the fact that the same crew have been there for a long time, as opposed to the revolving door at most dealers. I always drive my car away knowing that it has been in safe hands.

After many disappointing experiences over the years in trying to find a service centre I could trust, I can finally rely on this one. From the start I was surprised by the time Tim (Owner) put into understanding my concerns and being so transparent about everything even just over the phone.
