Last week I found myself in a difficult situation with my car breaking down on me luckily right outside the Automotive Hospital. I went across the road to seek some assistance and spoke with the manager Tim. He was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs understanding that I was stuck, and explained to me that they were busy but would prioritise to look at my vehicle as soon as the following day- which I found very impressive considering my imposition. When I explained that my car was across the road and I was timid to drive it across because of how bad it’s condition was, one of the workers (unsure of his name unfortunately) crossed the road with me to drive it over for me and expertly knew 80% of my cars issues just from driving it. I was thoroughly impressed. The following day I received a call from Tim who broke down the quote to me extensively and thoroughly so I knew exactly how much would be charged for them to proceed which I have NEVER received from any other mechanic. I expected a rough ball park not to the cent amount which did not change on day of collection. The car was fixed within 2 days of leaving it with not only full repairs, but a full detail clean and a thorough removal of paint marks from a previous scrape that my car had endured that I couldn’t even remove- which they totally didn’t have to do. I’ve been looking for a new mechanic local to the area and I know who I’m servicing with next. So thank you to the Automotive Hospital for saving me and giving so much care to my desperate situation. My little Nissan has never driven better. Will 100% be returning and have already recommended to family/friends 😁😁😁😁

Professional, value for money and great to deal with.My wife found AH when she required a last minute pink slip so she dropped in unannounced and the team completed it straight away. She was impressed and told me of her experience. At the same time I was becoming disenchanted with taking my car to the dealer service centre - they charge a premium and about every second time I went there I had the take the car back due to something that they hadn't finished. As a result I've been going to AH for a few years now and have been impressed by the professionalism of the team. They are genuinely committed to their trade and to the quality of their product and service, and this is evidenced by the by the fact that the same crew have been there for a long time, as opposed to the revolving door at most dealers. I always drive my car away knowing that it has been in safe hands.

After many disappointing experiences over the years in trying to find a service centre I could trust, I can finally rely on this one. From the start I was surprised by the time Tim (Owner) put into understanding my concerns and being so transparent about everything even just over the phone. On the day, my experience was flawless from the time I walked in to the time I got to drive my immaculate coupe out, feeling new again. Sam and his team did an amazing job of correctly diagnosing & fixing the auto electrical issues with my 2003 Honda Jazz in an efficient and timely manner where other mechanics that had looked at the car previously told me it wasn’t repairable. Saved me big bucks on having to fork out for a new car. Well worth the commute even if you’re from out of town. If my car ever needs fixing again I’ll be back here in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend Automotive Hospital. We always use them for pink slips, they are super quick and efficient. Recently my Toyota Avensis needed a new starter motor. Toyota said it would take a week to book the job in, these guys turned the job around in a day. Great mechanics, great service. Sam is extremely helpful and nice to deal with. A few years back my Audi developed an issue with the stop/start system. Audi dealer quoted me a couple of thousand to change an ECU module and sensors. Got a second opinion from Automotive Hospital, they - correctly - diagnosed it as a simple issue with an aging battery (lacking current) - saved me $$$. I have had my car serviced by them ever since. Sam and the guys are knowledgable, honest and fairly priced. Car is always returned on time, without issues, on quote (no surprise costs) and always washed !! The complimentary 12-month roadside assist after each service is a bonus, and thankfully never been needed....highly recommend these mechanics, especially if you have luxury euro-cars. True professionals!!
