Last week I found myself in a difficult situation with my car breaking down on me luckily right outside the Automotive Hospital. I went across the road to seek some assistance and spoke with the manager Tim. He was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs understanding that I was stuck, and explained to me that they were busy but would prioritise to look at my vehicle as soon as the following day- which I found very impressive considering my imposition. When I explained that my car was across the road and I was timid to drive it across because of how bad it’s condition was, one of the workers (unsure of his name unfortunately) crossed the road with me to drive it over for me and expertly knew 80% of my cars issues just from driving it. I was thoroughly impressed. The following day I received a call from Tim who broke down the quote to me extensively and thoroughly so I knew exactly how much would be charged for them to proceed which I have NEVER received from any other mechanic. I expected a rough ball park not to the cent amount which did not change on day of collection. The car was fixed within 2 days of leaving it with not only full repairs, but a full detail clean and a thorough removal of paint marks from a previous scrape that my car had endured that I couldn’t even remove- which they totally didn’t have to do. I’ve been looking for a new mechanic local to the area and I know who I’m servicing with next. So thank you to the Automotive Hospital for saving me and giving so much care to my desperate situation.
