What is Automotive Hospital AutoCare?

When your vehicle is serviced with us, you automatically become an AH AutoCare member. Automotive Hospital offers AutoCare Warranty, Towing and Roadside Assistance complementary to all our clients absolutely FREE of Charge when your vehicle is serviced with us. We take pride in our work and offer 12 months or 20,000km warranty on parts and labour.

To give you peace of mind, we offer AutoCare for up to 6 months after your vehicle has left our capable hands.

By using our services, you automatically become an AH AutoCare member entitling you to Metro (25km) Towing and Roadside Assistance.

I had my BMW X5 serviced here today and the customer service was impeccable. Professional, value for money and great to deal with.My wife found AH when she required a last minute pink slip so she dropped in unannounced and the team completed it straight away. She was impressed and told me of her experience. At the same time I was becoming disenchanted with taking my car to the dealer service centre - they charge a premium and about every second time I went there I had the take the car back due to something that they hadn't finished. As a result I've been going to AH for a few years now and have been impressed by the professionalism of the team. They are genuinely committed to their trade and to the quality of their product and service, and this is evidenced by the by the fact that the same crew have been there for a long time, as opposed to the revolving door at most dealers. I always drive my car away knowing that it has been in safe hands.

After many disappointing experiences over the years in trying to find a service centre I could trust, I can finally rely on this one. From the start I was surprised by the time Tim (Owner) put into understanding my concerns and being so transparent about everything even just over the phone. Sam and his team did an amazing job of correctly diagnosing & fixing the auto electrical issues with my 2003 Honda Jazz in an efficient and timely manner where other mechanics that had looked at the car previously told me it wasn’t repairable. Saved me big bucks on having to fork out for a new car. Well worth the commute even if you’re from out of town. If my car ever needs fixing again I’ll be back here in a heartbeat. Can’t recommend enough!

I would highly recommend Automotive Hospital. We always use them for pink slips, they are super quick and efficient. Recently my Toyota Avensis needed a new starter motor. Toyota said it would take a week to book the job in, these guys turned the job around in a day. Great mechanics, great service. Sam is extremely helpful and nice to deal with. We'll definitely be repeat customers.
