Mercedes Benz A45 – Erratic and peaky torque ratings

Problem:

This vehicle came in for a dyno check and tune. The client didn’t feel entirely comfortable with the way the car was running so we did some preliminary testing which showed erratic and peaky torque ratings, and the fuel mixture wasn’t entirely smooth.

Solution:

Our process was to smoothen out the fuel mixture and refine the actual tune-up in the vehicle.
