Last week we saw an E Class Mercedes Benz come in for a diagnosis of the sunroof. Our customer informed us that sunroof was failing to open, and the issue was further investigated. Upon further investigation, it was found that a few of the clips and arms within the opening mechanism were broken. New parts were swiftly ordered, sections of the roof lining were removed and the broken components were replaced with new OEM parts. As all cars age, small misalignments and malfunctions like these few little clips could render parts of your car unsafe or unusable. If you have an issue with your vehicle that needs to be diagnosed, feel free to get in contact with us today.
